Reclaiming the Rhythms of Womanhood in a World That Doesn’t Fit
Women are living lives that ask too much, too often, in ways we were never meant to sustain.
We are mothers, business owners, partners, friends, daughters, sisters, caregivers, earners, and so much more… We’re expected to carry these roles seamlessly, to do it all and do it well, without cracking under the weight.
And while we may rise to meet these expectations, the cost is enormous—because the lives we’re living are fundamentally out of alignment with who we are meant to be.
Men are naturally wired to thrive in linear structures. Their biology and history are more aligned with the systems of constant productivity and individual achievement. The straight-line trajectory of work, success, and goals fits with the traditional male role of hunter, provider, and protector. Men can compartmentalise, focus on a single aim, and move forward without the same emotional and relational tethering that is inherent to women’s nature. (this does not mean that men are not suffering due to lack of connection of course, ALL humans are, regardless of gender!)
Women are cyclical. Our bodies and spirits are tied to rhythms, not straight lines. We are intuitive, connected, and fluid by design. Our power comes from our ability to nurture, adapt, and create—not just things, but communities, connections, and of course life itself.
We’re meant to ebb and flow, to have seasons of blossoming and seasons of rest. We were made to move with the rhythms of life, not to grind against them.
The world we live in doesn’t honour that. It pushes us to go harder, to perform constantly, to stretch ourselves across all our roles without pause. We’re expected to show up for our families, our careers, our relationships, and our communities—all at once, all the time. And this relentless pace pulls us further and further from our natural state, it’s no wonder it leaves us feeling disconnected, exhausted, and often feeling as though we’re failing, even when we’re giving everything we have.
This disconnect isn’t just emotional; it’s physical, spiritual, and generational. It shows up as anxiety, burnout, and a sense of emptiness that no amount of achievement or productivity can ever fill and it leaves us feeling totally isolated.
This is why connection matters so deeply. Women thrive in circles, not hierarchies. We need spaces where we can lean on one another, share openly, and honour the ebb and flow of life. Historically, women gathered to celebrate, grieve, and heal together. These spaces weren’t luxuries—they were essential, integral parts to life, reminding us of our power, our intuition, and our truth.
I am constantly driven to help women reclaim these spaces. In a world that constantly pulls us away from ourselves, we have to fight to hold on to what grounds us. That’s why I’m so passionate about creating opportunities for women to gather, reconnect, and remember.
I have been creating and planning something very special. Next year, I’ll be hosting monthly workshops for women, aligned with the seasons, allowing us to gather, pause, reflect, and root ourselves in the cycles of nature. Each month, we’ll explore what the seasons are teaching us about rest, growth, and renewal, and how we can honour those rhythms in our own lives. We will be creating herbal remedies in line with the changes of season, releasing what no longer serves us, creating vision boards to call in the things we need and much much more. You can join for a full 13 month at a discounted price, dip in just for the some or all of the 4 seasons or drop in and out for the months that work for you on a pay as you go basis.
I am so excited to bring this offering to you all! Much more than self-care—instead about self-connection, stepping away from the noise and coming back to the truth of who you are. Hold space for each other, for our ancestors, and for the wisdom that’s always been within us.
If you feel the pull to reconnect, to step back into your natural state and rediscover the rhythms that have always guided you, these gatherings are for you.
Keep an eye out for more details which I will release very soon. Let’s come together, honour the seasons, and remind ourselves of the strength and softness that make us who we are.
